Information you give us

This site has no forms. When you call (949) 670-0939, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell dispatch, such as your address and a description of the damage. We use it to arrange service and answer your questions.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell dispatch at the start or contact us by email instead.

Information from visiting the site

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance. This site loads web fonts and map embeds from Google, which can receive your IP address and browser details when those items load.

We share call details only with the crews and contractors who need them to serve you, and where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we will respond to valid requests.

This policy may change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
